Checking In and Out
Every suite must be sanitized and properly prepared for new arrivals. To give housekeeping plentiful time, we ask that guests check in beginning at 3:00 P.M. For earlier check ins, we will do our best to accommodate requested times. We highly recommend coming 15 minutes earlier than scheduled time to complete paperwork if needed and ensure accuracy.
To give housekeeping plentiful time to sanitize and properly prepare suites for new arrivals, we ask that guests check out at 12:00 P.M. on their last day. This rule does not apply to guests receiving spa services or playing in day care during their stay. For the safety of our guests, no pets will be relinquished to any one other than the pet parent without the pet parent's permission. We may ask for photo identification for security purposes.
Our capable staff invests in continuous education and advancement opportunities to provide ethical and compassionate pet care. Dogs are monitored while at play and we do everything within our power to provide our guests with a secure, entertaining and loving environment. At PetQuest, the health and safety or our guests come first. Vaccinations are required before admittance. During play accidents are a possibility. Minor occurrences may include abrasions or loss of fur due to pulling by other dogs and seldomly more significant incidents may arise.
Our staff will promptly assess all the circumstances. In immediate situations, all pets will be taken to the nearest open veterinary hospital or emergency specialty center. Pet owners will be notified promptly after the pet's needs have been addressed first. For minor occurrences, our staff will address any circumstances at hand, apply first aid if needed and encourage pet owners to take their pet to see their primary care veterinarian when possible.
PetQuest uses pet safe and pet-specific disinfectants in our cleaning agenda numerous times throughout the day to help eliminate the spread of possible diseases or viruses. PetQuest has the right to deny access to the facility to any pet that we identify to appear ailing or injured.
Hours and Special Circumstances
We provide 24/7 on site care for all of our guests. Check in and check out usually occurs during normal business hours. In special circumstances and emergencies clients may request check in and check outside of normal business hours by calling us at (423) 498-2700 or e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Due to each pet's own unique nutritional needs we highly encourage clients to supply their pet's own food during their stay at PetQuest. We will measure your pet's food to your specific requirements for the entire length of stay. We recommend that meals be separately prepared and sealed in a air-tight container to prevent contamination. For large bags of food, we can provide the container if needed. If clients don't provide their own food or guests meals run short, meals will be provided by PetQuest. We feed an all natural premium dry kibble house cuisine. We can accommodate to special feeding instructions and raw diets. Guests receive a breakfast, lunch and dinner service along with continuous fresh water.
Medication and Special Needs
Our staff is highly trained and experienced in administering topical and/or medications to our guests in need of these services. Specialized care is taken with these guests. For safety of our guests, all medications must be clearly labeled and sealed with the pet's name and type of medication. We ask that pet parents provide us with written instructions for medication dosage and administration schedule.
While we are a full-service establishment, we understand that pets have favorite toys, beds or need special supplies. We'll be happy to use and provide your pet with their personal belongings during their stay at PetQuest. However, these belongings may only stay in the suite with the pet for safety and sanitary reasons.
Health and Temperament
At PetQuest, the health and safety or our guests comes first. Vaccinations are required before admittance. Dogs are required to have rabies, DHLPP, and bordetella (within the last 6 months) vaccinations. We accept current titer tests! Unfortunately any pets that aren't current on vaccinations or have no received vaccinations will not be permitted to stay at PetQuest. Any pet that has a potentially contagious condition or demonstrates unprovoked aggressive behavior will be refused admittance.
For the safety of all pets at PetQuest, ALL pets must be on a leash or in a carrier at all times when entering or exiting the building. If needed, we will gladly provide a slip free lead for pet parents to transport their pets in and out of the building.

Our pet spa features all natural products and state-of-the-art equipment. All breeds of dogs and cats receive quality care by our professionally trained and experienced pet stylists. We offer a variety of bathing, styling, creative and à la carte grooming services. Pet stylists work with you and your pets for the best personalized experience to look and feel fresh and clean.
We have a climate controlled pet taxi for pick up and drop off services with guest safety in mind. Door to door service seven days a week.
