Our 3,500-square-foot indoor facility was meticulously designed with every inch dedicated to the well-being of your pets. At PetQuest, the health and happiness of your pets are our utmost priorities. To ensure their safety, we maintain 365-day video surveillance, creating a secure environment.
While outside, pets enjoy a six-foot privacy fence and pet-friendly landscaping. Inside, our spacious layout is enhanced with specialized technologies, including soothing background music that reduces stress and fosters a peaceful experience for our visitors. Air purifiers work diligently to combat odors, airborne bacteria, and floating particles, keeping the air clean and fresh.
Our facility benefits from constant circulation and distribution of fresh air, ensuring a healthy atmosphere throughout. With our climate-controlled system, each room maintains the ideal temperature for your pets' comfort. We follow a rigorous cleaning schedule, applying pet-safe and pet-specific disinfectants to sanitize and deodorize spaces.
At PetQuest, we provide each pet with hygienic dishes, clean bedding, and other essential amenities. Our commitment to the health and well-being of your pets is evident in every detail of our facility.
Guided Tours
At PetQuest, we take pride in showcasing our facilities, and we invite all pet owners to come and see everything we have to offer in person. To schedule a tour, please reach out to us by calling (423) 498-2700, sending an email to
info@petquest.pet, or simply stopping by between 12 PM and 3 PM during our regular business hours.
Please note that for the health and safety of all pets on our premises, no animals are allowed to accompany pet owners on the tours. However, we encourage you to share the experience with your pet, as all our guests undergo thorough inspections and meet immunization requirements, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment for everyone.

Sundays, from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, are reserved exclusively for boarding check in and check out.
PetQuest will be closed in observance of the following holidays.
We will still be on site taking care of your pets.

Important Policies and Procedures:
- Reservation Requirements: Please note that reservations for our hotel, spa, or daycare services cannot be made until an employee has entered the necessary immunization data. In case you do not receive a confirmation via text or email, please contact us to verify your appointment.
- Immunization Records: At check-in, PetQuest strictly requires current immunization records, with no exceptions.
- Checking Pet Possessions: We kindly request that you thoroughly review your pet's belongings. Any items lost or left behind at check-out are not the responsibility of PetQuest Spa and Hotel.
- Veterinary Services: In the event that veterinary services become necessary, we will first attempt to use your local veterinarian. However, if your veterinarian is unavailable, we reserve the right to engage any licensed veterinarian who is accessible. Please be aware that the cost of boarding and veterinary services is the client's responsibility.
- Food Replenishment: If your pet's food supply depletes during their stay, we will happily replenish it and feed your pet. Please note that an additional charge will apply.
